The membership fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Appointment cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 re-booking fee.

Appointments that are rescheduled more than twice will also result in $25 re-booking fee.

First time clients are required to pay a $25 deposit before their appointment. The deposit is refundable if the client cancels within the 24 hour window.

Please arrive on time to your appointment so the esthetician can preform the full duration of your service.

Clients must follow facility rules and regulations. Kerri Skin Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.

Kerri Skin Care reserves the right to modify/change facility rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.
